Dude...like I'm on the bench

We were watching the guys volleyball game and this one guy gets subbed out and you know the game keep going on, well all of the sudden Cory hits the ball up  and he calls out,

"Karlin KARLIN!"

Like Karlin where are you?!? Because they've been doing this play throughout the game; Cory hits it, Karlin sets it up and Cory spikes it. And so Cory is all like Kalrin where are you I need you and Karlin yells out,

"I'm on the bench!"

That awkward moment when you set up a play for a guy who has been subbed out onto the bench and you don't even notice. Funniest thing ever! 

So we're playing soccer last night and I make a bad pass and I'm like,

"Dude you were supposed to be there, that was for you!"

And my friend just gives me a look and then is like,

"Karlin, KARLIN?!"

And I'm like,

"I'm on the bench!"

And we burst out laughing and nobody understands and it's great!
