IMy group and I walk to the McDonalds and it's a super long walk and so hot. We get there and this huge old black dude tells us that it's closed. And we all freak out cuz we walked all this way and we're thirsty and tired and it's a huge let down. Then the dude says that only the drive through is open so we're like maybe we can walk through the drive through and then the guy says that he just got off his shift and he works there and he can take our orders and drive through in his blue van. And so we're like...okay let's write down our orders. So we get 10 water, two Carmel fraps, and two cones. We give it to the guy and he says one of us has to go with him. So we send Karlin, this 6 foot dude with long red Viking hair, no beard though. Of course one girl makes sure to ask the guy that he is t going to kidnap us. He says he isn't he works at McDonalds. Now this sounds a lot more risky then it actually was, no worries I wouldn't have done it if it had been dangerous. So Carlen gets in the car and they drive in to the drive through line. We all sit down on the side walk and wait. Finally after a wait, the line was long, they come out and we get all our stuff and we pay back Ellie because she had the most ca$h. While we were waiting we wrote the nice a thank you card because one of the girls had thank you cards in her bag. :)

We got his name, Shalam, and he drove off telling us to come see him Thursday afternoon when he gets back on work. Once he's gone Karlin starts telling us all the stories of what went on....to be continued
